Functions
API pipe mill is specialized for manufacturing straight welded pipe for petroleum and gas pipelines. Taking hot-rolled steel as raw material, it produce required pipes through cold roll forming and suitable welding methods like H.F. welding, submerged arc welding and so on. The whole production line adopts 'ZTF' forming technology.
Designed for the most precise fabrication of cold/hot-rolled coil, galvanized coil.The ERW pipe mill machine can provide the tightest tolerances for production.Produced round/square/rectangle pipe can be used at metllurgy, construction, transportation,machinery, automobile industry and more
ERW pipe mill is used to produce API, EN,ASTM,GB/T etc pipe to transport water, gas and oil, also can produce construction pipe.
Process Flow
Steel Coil → Double-arm Uncoiler → Shear and End Cutting & Welding → Coil Accumulator → Forming (Flattening Unit + Main Driving Unit + Forming Unit + Guide Unit + High Frequency Induction Welding Unit + Squeeze Roller) → Deburring → Water Cooling → Sizing & Straightening → Flying Saw Cutting → Pipe Conveyor → Packaging → Warehouse Storage

Production Process
ZTF is a forming technique developed by ZTZG in 2005. It allows the shared-usage of rollers during break-down section when forming pipe, saving significant mould and labor cost while greatly improving production efficiency. It earns the reward of technology Innovation Award' by 'China Cold Forming Steel Association9 in 2010. After absorbing advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line are not only economical but also practical.

A: We do T/T and L/C.

A: Since we design individual machine based on our customer's requirement, we need your desired products' basic dimension, including all the pipe diameter(or tube length), thickness range , usage, raw material steel grade, coil weight, and degree of automation.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure its in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
